Director - Brisbane - Wildlife QueenslandWildlife Queensland Brisbane4 days agoDescriptionJob Title: Director (Chief Executive Officer)Location: Queensland, AustraliaSalary: $2400.77 per week plus allowances and superannuationAbout Us: The Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland is the longest-running wildlife conservation organisation in Queensland.About the Position: As Director, you will lead our organisation while growing our influence and effectiveness to achieve outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide Strategic Leadership: Develop a Strategic Plan and policy agenda that aligns with Wildlife Queensland's purpose, vision, and goals.Grow Our Power and Influence: Generate strategies to achieve community engagement and support for Wildlife Queensland's vision and policy agenda.Drive Effective Fundraising: Provide leadership for effective fundraising and ongoing fundraising growth.Effectively Represent Wildlife Queensland: Provide effective representation of Wildlife Queensland to decision makers, stakeholders, and the community.Ensure Effective Organisational Management: Translate Wildlife Queensland's Strategic Plan into operational plans and ensure key objectives are tracked and met.Manage People and Culture: Lead and maintain an organisational culture that fosters Wildlife Queensland values.Selection Criteria: High-level interpersonal skills, proven ability in successful fundraising, excellent advocacy and influencing skills, and experience in managing budgets and analysing risk.Benefits: Access to long service leave accruals, salary sacrifice arrangements, and other benefits.Further Information: After-hours and weekend work may be required, as well as regional travel.
