ABOUT THE ROLE: The Bob Jane T-Marts Training Department is looking for a team member to join our team in the position of a Workplace Training Manager based at our NSW Support Office in Haberfield.
This is a great opportunity for those in the industry to take the next step in their careers to educate and mentor new and existing team members.
Reporting to the National Training and Development Manager, this role allows an individual to further enhance their skill set and provides a great career pathway opportunity.

Qualifications & Experience
Competent in conducting wheel alignments Competent in all other workshop activities Proven sales history in the Tyre industry History of managing and developing staff/people Competent on Marlin Point of sales system and Microsoft Good understanding of WHS and Legal requirements for the Tyre Industry Comfortable with public speaking Tasks & Responsibilities
Conduct Wheel Alignment Training (Instore and Classroom) Conduct Workshop Training (Instore and Classroom) Conduct Sales Training - Phone and Face to Face (Instore and Classroom) Conduct Point of Sales Training - Marlin GTX Basics (Instore and Classroom) Oversee the development and upskilling of existing workshop team members Onboarding new team members Assist in managing team members enrolled into Certificate programs and provide updates to the National Training and Development Manager Extensive Training and ongoing personal development Rewarding position with opportunities to progress further Discounts on Tyres, Wheels, and services Discounts with a range of other companies If you are self-motivated, experienced in nurturing and developing teams and want to be part of an experienced and well-respected training department in the tyre industry in Australia, please apply today.
