This well-respected Sydney builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team, delivering high-end commercial projects nationally.
ABOUT THE COMPANYThis company is widely regarded as one of Sydney's most reputable commercial, retail, and industrial construction firms.
They specialize in the delivery of high-end new builds, fitouts, and refurbishment projects, ranging from $5M up to $50M in value.
With established relationships with several high-profile clients, this company has secured exciting projects across their specialized sectors and has a strong pipeline of projects in Sydney.
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start immediately in the new year.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Site Manager, you will manage high-end projects across Sydney.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, its trades, and contractors, ensuring that the project is delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management.
You will be well supported by your team, which consists of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand.
This opportunity is best suited to a candidate looking for a career-defining role that will propel them in their industry with exposure to high-end bespoke projects primarily across Sydney's metro area.
