They are currently expanding and are looking for experienced Estimators to join their team in Brisbane, with opportunities available in both the North and South regionsInsurance Estimator – North Lakes & South BrisbaneWhat They Offer:Leadership from a passionate and supportive Estimating ManagerCollaboration with an experienced team of Estimators and SupervisorsAccess to cutting-edge, industry-leading technologyA dedicated team of developers focused on tailoring technology solutions to the insurance repair industryComprehensive support from a proven national head office team, ensuring seamless operationsRobust and meticulously tested processes and procedures, particularly in restorer, mould, and asbestos managementContinuous learning and development, guided by industry expertsA servant leadership approach that empowers and supports staff to excel dailyRole Responsibilities:Accurately estimate insurance repairs, ensuring high-quality outcomesUtilise industry-leading technology to exceed KPIsDeliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolutionReceive a competitive salary package, including a vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform, and industry-specific equipmentWhat They're Looking For:A trade qualification, preferably in carpentryPrevious experience in estimating, with a preference for insurance-related experienceSolid knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirementsStrong communication skills and proficiency in computer systems, including mobile devices, repair management systems, and the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to create, read, and interpret scopes of work with a high degree of accuracyExceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detailA proactive approach and a commitment to safetyCultural fit is key; they value a strong work ethic and a genuine concern for customers, colleagues, and the quality of repairsSuccess in This Role: You'll understand the importance of the customer repair experience, life cycle, quality, cost, and safety, and you'll be driven to ensure these elements are delivered to the highest standard.Join Our Client's Growing Team: If you're ready to take on a new challenge and be part of a company that values excellence and continuous improvement, apply now to join our client's dynamic and supportive team in Brisbane.
