Part Time Role The Opportunity This opportunity will see you joining our team working across multiple wards, providing administrative support and assistance to patients and their families.
You will also assist the administration and clinical teams by coordinating the necessary clerical requirements for patients' admission to discharge.
You must be passionate about being in the front line dealing with the public, our patients and our staff and enjoy a varied and fast paced administration role.
Key responsibilities of this job include: Admission and discharge processes to ensure appropriate bed management and utilisationManaging incoming and outgoing calls to the wardProvide timely and accurate information to patients, visitors, staff and departments as requiredWork alongside medical staff, colleagues, patients and visitors to ensure a smooth hospital experience for all patients.Skills and Experience You have demonstrated experience within a medical administrative role and know hospital systems like MeditechExcellent time management, strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.Clear and effective communication skills.Confidence and experience with various IT systems is advantageousMedical terminology highly regardedRequirements Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 monthsAccording to the role, Ramsay may require aWorking-With-Childrencheck andproof of immunisationagainst infectious diseases.To Apply All applications must be lodged online.
