Senior Marketing Communications Manager Westpac Banking Corporation, Sydney, AustraliaHybrid role (Tuesdays and Thursdays in office)Job Description12 mth max term contractSydney locationHow will I help?The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is part of the Remediation team, a division of Strategic Marketing Communications and Journeys within the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team. The purpose of this team is to deliver effective remediation communications that help to put things right for customers, drive win-back and retention, and give the bank a second chance with customers.Lead the transformation of remediation communications through the delivery of competitive capability enhancements that generate significant commercial valueProvide support to the Senior Manager Remediation, acting as delegate in their absence and serving as an approver for the team to ensure smooth workflow and team productivityResponsible for delivering effective customer first remediation experiences that drive win-back and retentionDevelop, track and optimise performance of remediation content across digital presences and communication channelsFoster productivity and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external vendorsRole model courage, creativity, connectivity, commercialityWhat do I need?Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldHigh proficiency in key CRM disciplines is essentialStrong end-to-end campaign management skillsExcellent communication and influencing skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAnalytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisionsAttention to detailCommercial awarenessAbility to thrive in a collaborative environmentResilience and the ability to work proactively with flexibility in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-stakeholder environmentStrong focus on understanding customer needs and enhancing the customer journeyExperience in developing and implementing CRM strategies that align with business goalsExperience in leading change and driving continuous improvementExperience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce, or similar CRM platform is highly regardedHow do I apply?Start here.
