About Us At Mad Mex we serve Australia's best Baja-style burritos, made to order using only the freshest produce, flavourful salsas & authentic Mexican spices, and slow-roasted & grilled meats.
With over 70 restaurants in Australia, we're driven by our passion to share the food and culture of Mexico with our customers every day.
About the Role Supervisors play an important role at Mad Mex.
You will work in all service areas – food prep, grill, counter, and cashier.
As a Supervisor, you will take charge during the shift and be responsible for team supervision, ordering stock, banking, and opening/closing the restaurant.
About You We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility.
You are the "Go to" person on shift, so you must have a sound knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Previous supervisor experience in hospitality or QSR is highly regarded but not essential.
