Business Banking Service Manager

Our Business Banking Service Managers are essential in building and strengthening relationships with customers, referral partners, and local communities.
You'll provide personalised service, build trust, and understand customers' goals to deliver tailored solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with customers to structure lending solutions and produce high-quality credit submissions.
You will also support them with new or evolving banking needs that arise from service requests.
By working flexibly, proactively, and efficiently, you will ensure superior service that meets and exceeds our customers' expectations.

What do I need?
Ideally, you have experience in business lending and a solid understanding of banking products and services.
With strong credit knowledge and a talent for building positive customer relationships, you consistently deliver results and work collaboratively to exceed expectations.
Your strong business acumen, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential, but above all, it's your eagerness to learn and commitment to supporting our customers that will set you apart.
