Our client is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
The RoleReporting through to the Payroll Manager, your tasks will include:
Managing a team of 4 Payroll OfficersManaging end-to-end payroll processing of approximately 3500 employeesProcessing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYGMonth/year end closingAssisting with key payroll projectsIdentifying process improvementsEnsuring compliance with payroll related legislationUpholding high customer service standards and protocols across the businessPartnering and developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholdersWorking collaboratively and as a team across departmentsCandidate ProfileYou will have prior experience in a Payroll Team Lead or Payroll Manager position, along with the following attributes:
High volume payroll experience within a medium / large scale businessAbility to work in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of multiple awards/EBAsHigh level analytical skillsStrong working knowledge of ExcelHow to ApplyTo apply online please click on the appropriate link.
