We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Purchasing & Payments Officer to join the team
at our B9 Botany Paper Mill.
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and cost-effective purchasing of required materials and services for the Botany Mill site & maintenance staff.
This will include:
Processing of purchase orders & expediting critical purchases Developing site financial reporting processes and managing the invoice payment process Managing SAP master data, site vendor records and material data Troubleshooting and resolving purchasing related system issues Developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships Developing continuous improvement projects, including streamlining processes and systems Performing market and vendor research for supplier selection including RFx processes and analysis We are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.We embrace diversity in all its forms, and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change.
Specifically for this role, we expect you will have -
