Your Opportunity Our client is seeking a junior asset auditor to join and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting across Western Australia.
Work as part of a team to provide exceptional service and experience to a major landlord across their impressive commercial sites.
This role will blend onsite data capture with consultancy, technical report development, and data analysis for clients, keeping you engaged across a variety of duties and projects.
A great opportunity for a recent graduate or recent migrant with full working rights looking to get their foot in the door
Your Key Responsibilities will include: Conduct comprehensive asset audits across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy of asset records.Onsite asset data capture, including condition reporting, recording, and matching to as-built drawings and records.Coordinate with stakeholders to manage the smooth delivery of services, communication, and performance on a live site.Maintain and update the asset management database, ensuring all records are current and accurate.Prepare detailed reports via data analysis and master asset register development on asset condition and inventory.Support the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies.Why you should apply: Be a part of a young, exciting, and growing team and organisation to develop your skill base and expertise in specific areas of knowledge.Learn from the established and experienced consulting team to kickstart your career.This opportunity offers the ability to work with a highly engaged and specialist team of experts in a cohesive team environment.Have lots of variety
