NCG provides a wide range of services, including health, utilities, construction, employment, community development, shops, roadhouses, art centres and land services. It is one of the largest and most successful Indigenous organisations in the country.Our dedicated community-based health teams deliver full-time primary healthcare at our clinics, significantly improving community health standards. Through a multidisciplinary approach encompassing Primary Health Care (PHC), Public Health Programs, and Health Promotion Activities, we strive to enhance the wellbeing of our residents.Our Vision:Representing the aspirations and interests of our diverse communities, we are dedicated to keeping Yarnangu strong on Country.The Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work within Ngaanyatjarra health service as a Quality and Compliance Coordinator with a keen eye to detail. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within the NHS, ensuring adherence to accreditations, disability service standards, and other regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering the NHS Quality Plan, conducting clinical audits, and analyzing data to inform decision-making and quality improvements. Coordination of reporting, service proposals, and program-specific quality activities is essential, alongside maintaining comprehensive policies, infection control measures, and accreditation documentation. The role also involves acting as a resource for quality systems and practices while supporting the Clinical Governance Group.Additionally, the position emphasizes staff education and professional development, including facilitating training programs, mandatory education, and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires a commitment to continuous professional growth, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. Promoting NHS positively, maintaining professionalism, and fostering a collaborative environment are integral, ensuring efficient, cost-effective practices and strengthened clinical competencies across the organization.About You:You bring extensive experience in managing continuous quality improvement within complex healthcare environments, leveraging advanced competence in clinical data extraction platforms such as One21seventy and Canning. Your strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving organizational change. As a dependable and self-motivated team player, you excel in achieving required outcomes with minimal supervision. Proficient in utilizing information technologies, including patient and electronic information systems, you are committed to integrating innovative solutions into healthcare delivery.
