Then grab your hard hat and buckle up, because this Construction Manager gig is huge.You'll oversee a land subdivision project so vast it might as well have its own postcode.From crunching numbers to leading tenders and keeping subcontractors in line, you'll be the architect of not just buildings, but dreams.What You'll Be Doing: Master of Multitasking: Oversee every detail, from pre-construction whispers to ribbon-cutting cheers.Tender Whisperer: Know how to wrangle bids, negotiate contracts, and walk away with the best deals.Budget Ninja: Keep costs from ballooning like a dodgy inflatable at a kid's party.Team Captain: Lead your crew like a pro, inspiring greatness while keeping coffee orders in check.Compliance Champ: Ensure safety and environmental standards are more airtight than your Wi-Fi password.Risk Jedi: Spot issues before they arise and swat them away with the power of foresight.What We're Looking For: A degree in something construction-related (think Construction Management or Civil Engineering).At least 5 years of experience, particularly in land subdivision.Tendering skills so sharp they could cut steel.Leadership that's equal parts inspiring and terrifying (in a good way).Have unrestricted Australian Working Rights.Reside in Perth or be willing to relocate to Perth.Bonus points if you have certifications like PMP or CCM.Why This Job is Better Than Most: $200k+ Salary: Because you're worth it.Superannuation: Like regular money, but older and wiser.Company Vehicle: No more worrying about your mechanic slugging you with large servicing costs.Phone Allowance & Laptop: All work-ready and zero embarrassing selfies pre-loaded.The chance to literally shape a massive community project—and your future.What Are You Waiting For?If you're ready to make a mark bigger than a toddler with a crayon, this is your moment.
