You will collaborate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions and ensure our clients receive the compensation they deserve.If you have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and reducing medical liens in the personal injury field, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients.Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications.About TorkLawTorkLaw is an incredibly fast-moving, innovative law firm that is all about delivering the absolute best client experience and unmatchable legal representation to each and every one of our clients.We have been entrusted with an awesome responsibility to which we respond with hard work, discipline, and laser focus.
