Riverway is ready to go and equipped to offer a full range of services to small animal patients - including a dedicated Radioactive Iodine Room, with in-house and external training for you to upskill in this area.
We have an accomplished and experienced Veterinary Director heading up the team and are now looking for a Practice Manager or Senior Vet Nurse who has strong leadership and team building skills, to help build a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service.
About the role: Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change management Leading and developing the team and building a positive team culture Monitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvement Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners About You Cert IV qualified with a minimum 3+ years' clinical experience Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members HR experience in performance monitoring and management advantageous Experience with Rx works preferred but not essential Strong communication and customer service skills Good business acumen and organisational skills Friendly, respectful, team player attitude Passion for continuous learning If this sounds like you, Apply Now
