This role involves the adjudication of tenders, recommending preferred bidders, and signing off on the Request for Award (RFA).
You will coordinate the review of fully conformed contracts for technical and commercial compliance and prepare necessary approval documentation.
Additionally, you will manage the contractor's detailed design process, coordinate internal and consultant design reviews, and identify value engineering and cost reduction opportunities.The successful candidate will also handle the pre-mobilisation and site establishment phases by ensuring all pre-mobilisation requirements are fulfilled and site facilities are adequate.
You will be required to attend site kick-off meetings and monitor construction activities.
You will lead regular contract review meetings, control reporting requirements, oversee QA/QC inspections, and manage contractual claims.
