: AU02035:Contract Type: Permanent Full-TimeWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAbout the TeamThis is a rare chance to become part of the international LAND400 Phase 2 Project Management team being based in Brisbane and working collaboratively together with colleagues in Europe to deliver a great capability to the Australian Army.About the RoleReporting to the Program Manager, Turreted Variants the IPT Lead Drive Module will act as the prime contractor interface for the production and delivery of the common drive module components of the Boxer CRV.
This will include the oversight of RDA's own scope including production launch, Australia-based design, local pre-delivery rework, production activities, and commercial aspects.The design, initial procurement and production of the Boxer CRV Drive Module is primarily led from Rheinmetall entities in Germany.
Ongoing co-ordination in managing the inter-entity scope as well as occasional travel to Germany may be required.WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEWhat are we looking for?Rheinmetall seeks applicants who exemplify our Company's values of Safety, Partnering, Openness, Respect and Trust (SPORT).
This creates a workplace environment where employees value each other, live up to their promises and communicate openly.The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:Proven experience in Project Management, predominantly within the Defence Industry;Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline;Proven ability to devise and implement strategic development and resource planning, particularly within a launch phase of a project and also related to the management of change;Substantial experience in managing complex projects and project resources including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies in a variety of environments, along with demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of systems/products, where these may be complex in nature;Formal certifications in Project Management i.e.
Prince2, PMP, CPMP etc.
