Your key responsibilities include:Leading project discovery sessions and delivering project plansProcess mapping and workflow designProject management including managing project deadlines, risks and budgetSystem configuration and data migrationForm and report customisationEnd user training focusing on client-specific workflows (to supplement and reinforce our online end user training)Escalation point for post go-live support for first 30 daysUpdating reports and dashboards based on live client data before closing out the projectInformative handover of the client to our support and success teamsWhole-of-business systems exposure to clients who are running bigger and more connected businesses with MYOB's cloud ERPFriendly and supportive team environment that embraces diversity and innovative ideasPaid MYOB Advanced CertificationsInduction program for your first 150 days followed by a Performance & Development Plan (PDP) that takes into account your skills, strengths and interestsCareer pathway: Client Onboarding Senior Consultant, Client Success Consultant, module specialisation within existing roleYour Experience4+ years experience implementing a mid-tier ERP system for manufacturing businesses (MYOB Advanced, Acumatica, MYOB Exo, Pronto, Greentree, Sybiz, Accpac, SAP B1, Sage, MS Nav, MS GP, NetSuite)Excellent project management and time management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
