About the opportunityThe Production Supervisor will be a critical role to ensure that success plays out at the front line, acting as the conduit between strategy and operations.
This role exists on the afternoon shift and will be driving a headcount of circa 30 heads across multiple process settings.
Core aspects of the role will include:
Driving production outcomes against core KPIs - output/quality/safety/efficiencyHelping rollout and execute best practice manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor - Lean/CIOngoing training and development of operational staff - the business has a strong history of growth/development from withinWhat we are looking for?This role will be best suited to a manufacturing professional with FMCG experience; however, there is also an opportunity for manufacturing professionals with complex industrial experience to be considered.
