The Role
We are looking for an individual who is customer-focused, highly presentable, engaging, and proud to be of service to join our growing team.
Applicants for this role will have a passion for people and the highest integrity in providing a high standard of customer service within a premium commercial property.
The Concierge role can be demanding and fast-paced, requiring excellent time management and diplomatic problem-solving skills.
The position is the primary point of contact for clients and tenants.
To be successful, you will be able to resolve service requests and inquiries to a premium standard while engaging with your clients and tenants, always remaining professional and focused on the highest standards of personal conduct.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure area is always presented to a premium standard at all times.
Identify risks and implement corrective action to eliminate risks.
Attend any incidents that may occur within the boundary of the property.
Achieve performance targets via the delivery of cost-effective services.
Ensure all services are executed and delivered as per contract agreement.
Ensure all services are correctly recorded and monitored.
Ability to run errands on behalf of our clients/tenants.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Exceptional standards of presentation and grooming.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Advantage Criteria:
First Aid.
Current Security Licence (must be willing to obtain).
Full Working Rights in Australia.
EGroup processes pays weekly.
