The Role Due to expansion our client is seeking a VM/Space Planner to be based 5 days/week in Sydney's CBD and be responsible for reviewing, creating and updating planograms using a combination of customer data, insights and business performance indicators.
The successful candidates will have proven and demonstrated strength in all aspects of Visual Merchandising and point of sale management, ideally in a multi-category grocery, retail and pharmaceutical environments.
They will happily train the right candidate on space planning
Key Responsibilities Conceive and implement visual design brand strategy for temporary point of sale executions, across the retail network of Grocery, Discount Department Retail and Pharmacy accounts and additional networks and events as required.
Responsible for the end to end management of off locations roll out from briefing to in store execution.
Develop a concise and comprehensive brief for the field team to facilitate the seamless execution of the point-of-sale (POS) rollout.
Compose comprehensive briefs for the POS manufacturer while showcasing excellent communication skills.
Work closely with field sales, marketing and account managers to ensure visual merchandising touchpoints consider the entire consumer journey and facilitate omni-channel experiences & data collection.
Lead project management with local and international vendors and stakeholders.
Experience & Skills Required Experience in VM and passion for BEAUTY essential
You have 2+ years previous experience within a similar role, having mastered visual merchandising fundamentals.
Work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent project and time management with superior attention to detail.
