Full function Accounts Payable role for a key client portfolio Excellent career opportunity in a fast-paced working environment Brisbane | Land of the Turrbal people We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer orientated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Property Management Accounting Division.
You will join a well-established and highly compliance focused Accounts Payable team of 3 and be responsible for the daily coordination of accounts payable activities.
You will be working closely with a large team of offshore accounts payable team of 20.
The Opportunity Timely and accurate invoice processing of 50 to 100 invoices per day, perform reconciliation, uploading payments to required standards and deadlines.Manage a streamlined accounts payable process with payable invoices being assigned a workflow and readiness for invoice reviewDaily Payment ReconciliationsProcessing of daily Creditor PaymentsValidation & Updating of Vendor DataInternal Business and Supplier QueriesDaily review of audit tasks performed by offshore teamPerform Creditors ReconciliationsAssist with the development and execution of internal control policies and procedures to limit the opportunities for fraudulent misappropriation of client assets.About You: Experience in Full Functions Account PayableExperience working in a high-volume processing environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly with stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skillsA customer-centric approachPrevious experience in MRI or YARDI systems would be highly advantageous.You will require a strong attention to detail, the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to remain flexible.
