The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture and will report directly to the Branch Manager.Coaching and leading your team, both on the road and in the office, is a great balance for any seasoned Sales Manager.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and creating a culture conducive to managing high-performance sales teams are essential to the success of this role.
Safety is the number one priority in our business and being able to drive compliance is paramount.The key responsibilities for this position include:Drive business growth through developing, communicating, and monitoring sales strategies and targetsDrive and passion to meet and exceed KPIsHave a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring your teamSupport growth through sustainable and ethical sales to existing and new customersAssist your team to secure major accounts through prospecting, submissions, presentations, tenders, and negotiationsAssist team in building "Share of Wallet" opportunities.The key requirements for this role include:Solid experience with proven results within a previous Sales Management role, preferably within a Service IndustryPrevious experience in Washroom Hygiene is not a requirement, however, would be highly advantageousProven track record in field/territory salesAbility to work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure a great customer-first experienceExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to provide guidance feedback and direction to the teamBackground dealing with Government entities will be advantageous, but not essential.About Rentokil:Rentokil Initial is the world's leading Hygiene company with 38,000 employees helping customers in over 40 countries around the world manage hygiene risk and create safer business environments and healthier and more hygienic workplaces.
