Join Our Team as a Virtual Care FacilitatorAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals in your community? Do you have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and experience in aged care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to embark on a rewarding career as a Virtual Care Facilitator. As a Virtual Care Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care clients in their own homes, to participate in virtual healthcare services, empowering them to live independent, healthy lives.This role offers a flexible and rewarding experience, with opportunities for both part-time and casual employment. You'll be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals through technology and compassionate care.What We're Looking ForStrong communication skills to engage and support clients during telehealth consultations.Technological proficiency with smartphones, iPads, and other digital tools, or a willingness to learn.Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle.Empathy, with a caring and cheerful attitude towards others.Physical fitness to assist with manual tasks and stand or sit for extended periods.Organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.Qualifications:Qualified Home Care Employee - Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain).Unrestricted Australian Driver's License and vehicle registration.Previous experience in telehealth or allied health settings.Experience working alongside Registered Nurses and allied health professionals.Knowledge of allied health terminology.What We Offer:Competitive pay rates, with the opportunity for salary packaging options.Free immunization program and generous travel allowances.Opportunities for professional development, including scholarships for supported learning.Access to retail discounts through the Blue (Light) Card.A supportive and caring workplace culture focused on teamwork and personal growth.To be eligible to apply for this position you must be eligible to work in Australia and be willing to undertake a criminal record check in accordance with the requirements of the Aged Care Act 1997.McLean Care is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its staff and residents and provides a yearly immunisation program for staff.
