With continued growth and new developments, the leadership team are expanding.The RoleReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will strategically manage all risk for the business with a solution-focused approach.
This is a leadership role where you will influence a strong culture driving the development and implementation of efficient risk identification, mitigation, crisis management, training, and reporting with regular communication with the board of management.
The purpose of this role is to embed change and progressive initiatives with a risk-based approach.
This is a role with clear leadership enabling the business to progress and grow.RequirementsTertiary qualifications in risk management, finance, business administration or related field.Certified Risk Management professional/ Assurance is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A practical approach with strong knowledge of legislative requirements.The ability to drive change and performance to initiate and develop solutions to complex issues.Ability to problem solve, use judgement and make appropriate decisions.Demonstrated change management skills through the use of systems improvement and engaging with stakeholders.The capacity to quickly learn the business and become effective sooner rather than later.Working Set-up & Next StepsOffice based role in Bankstown with occasional travel.Ability to work in peak periods and/or crisis situations.If you are interested in this position, please apply directly with your resume and a brief covering letter outlining your suitability.
