About the company Are you an experienced Payroll / Accounts Officer seeking a new challenge?
Our client, a unique family-owned home builder passionate about crafting beautiful, high-quality homes in the Sydney area, is looking for an experienced Payroll /Accounts Officer to join their team in Gregory Hills.

Reporting to the general manager, you will be responsible for processing and managing the payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.
Key Responsibilities for the role: - Processing and managing payroll for up to 40 employees - Processing and submitting invoices into MYOB - Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports - Using MYOB to check tax and Superannuation updates - Manage reconciliations, commissions, and worker's compensation installments.
- Updating and managing the internal database - Building relationships with key stakeholders - General Administration tasks, including answering phones and managing email inquiries Skills & experience: - Previous experience in a similar role for at least three years - Experience in the building industry is preferred - Confident user of MYOB, Microsoft suites, including Excel and Outlook - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - Strong attention to detail Culture: Our company fosters a supportive environment where the team shares a strong bond, akin to a close-knit family, ensuring every employee receives the necessary support.
