Are you looking to take your career to new heights with an industry leader?JOIN evexus - We're on an exciting mission to disrupt the event technology market and redefine how organisations leverage technology to deliver truly engaging experiences.We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our talented tech company, working closely with our marketing and product teams to grow a strong customer base.The position is offered on a full time, hybrid basis, based in either our Sydney CBD, Brisbane CBD or Melbourne Hawthorn East office.
You'll report into our Head of Sales and be a key part of the team as we look to achieve our growth targets and support our clients.In this role you will be responsible for:Meeting individual sales targets in accordance with the growth and incentive plan.Winning and then growing accounts within our key target markets of Associations and professional service firms.Conducting live, online demonstrations of our software solutions, understanding and exploring client needs, and illustrating product value.Growing your sales pipeline through various activities such as outbound lead generation, networking events, direct campaigns, managing current accounts and social media outreach.Managing sales processes through all stages from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.Ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process.Actively participating in client showcases, trade show support, and other industry-related activities to generate and convert leads.Tracking and optimizing sales conversion rates to enhance performance.Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date with your activity and opportunities.To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:Essential:A genuine desire to get involved and make good things happen.
