About the role:This role is accountable for performance delivery for the New South Wales North region and responsible for providing field force leadership on the execution of the Arrotex strategic pillars.
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver/exceed on Region Sales targets and objectives, and develop capabilities of Territory Managers to succeed in their role.
The focus will be to consistently partner, support and enable the Territory Managers to achieve short, medium and long-term success goals of their customers.
Role & Responsibilities:You will be seen as an inspiring leader and trusted advisor for your Territory Managers and you will drive a significant contribution to the success and delivery of the commercial objective by leveraging all Arrotex resources to maximise sales across New South Wales.
This will include:
Leadership and management of the 5-6 New South Wales Sales Team.Internal and external collaboration and support of cross-functional, customer-focused regional sales plans.Demonstrating business acumen, market knowledge, and ability to make strategic and tactical decisions and choices to increase sales within the region.Promoting prescription product portfolio with both established and new products.Executing on new product launch initiatives.Driving focus within the team to execute business priorities.Analysing sales performance to targets, driving sales growth.Coaching and mentoring your Territory Managers to ensure continued career development, growth and high-level of engagement.Being customer-facing.Member of Sales Leadership team.Skills & Experience:Proven ability to manage high performing Regional Sales Teams.Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies.Ability to understand trade spending effectiveness (efficiency of promotional activity is preferred).Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership both internally and externally.High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player.Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally internally and with customers.Demonstrated commitment to building strong business relationships with customers.Understanding of Pharmacy Dispensary and/or PBS is advantageous.Competency to navigate with internal systems (i.e.
