Permanent position DIDO camp provided  Mining Industry offering a great salary and career development About the Company: Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for the mining industry?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site HR Advisor to join a leading mining company on a mine site.
This is a permanent role that offers the chance to make a significant impact on-site operations and support a dynamic HR team.
Roster for this position is a 9 day fortnight.
Our client is an industry leading mining company who prides themselves on always putting their people first.
The position is working in a highly experienced and collaborative HR team offering great opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees directly at the site.
Handle data entry and setup within the organisations learning and asset management platform Collaborate and provide support with various HR activities on-site, ensuring effective HR processes and practices.
Perform a range of administrative HR duties, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
Performance and Conduct Management Developing and amending current HR Standards and Procedures Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics Qualifications: 2+ years' experience across human resources ideally in the mining industry similar industrial sector.
Familiarity with learning and training systems is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
