Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting) Full time The Outback Armour Group currently has offices in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team in Geebung, Brisbane.
This role reports directly to the CFO and will support our financial operations across all 3 locations.
The Role: Reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations, working across a broad range of responsibilities, including:
Drive the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts.Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements and liaise with external accountants in each location.Identify and implement opportunities for improved financial controls and operational efficiencies.Preparation of financial reports.Provide leadership to a small administration and accounts team.Prepare fortnightly payroll.Prepare and lodge BAS and geographical equivalents.Manage extensive administration processes.Skills and Experience: Must be experienced in XERO.Preparation of payroll & superannuation.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show initiative and willingness to learn and grow.What we provide: Working in a small and dynamic team, you'll enjoy a fun work environment and the opportunity for career growth with exposure to international practices.
