This company is an international market leader and will provide you with:Intensive training at the highest levelA step into a rewarding career within a dynamic industryCareer opportunities and career progressionA reputation for excellence within the industry measured by their peers and employeesSupport, leadership, and engagement with sales managementMedical Sales equals a long term career with many opportunitiesThis is a lead and learn culture that will set you up for the rest of your careerOuter Western Sydney territory: Hills region, Blacktown, Penrith, Blue Mountains with a regional trip to Dubbo, Orange and Bathurst about once every 6 weeks.Your role as a medical sales representative will be to deliver on sales and activity targets for your designated products in a specific territory, you will achieve this by:Establishing relationships with GPs and their clinic staffAccountability for adequate coverage and frequency of contact with GPs within the set territory, you will also travel to a country region for one week out of 6Following national marketing and sales strategies for all productsWorking cohesively with an existing high-performing teamAchieving individual and team sales and activity targetsImpacting and influencing medication use of GPs for the right patientsThe Successful ApplicantMust have successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Business or Health ScienceExperience as a GP representative would be highly regardedMinimum 12 months experience in sales in AustraliaSales success with measurable outcomesMust have full driver's licenceA passion for working in the Healthcare IndustryA strong competitive drive for sales and achieving targetsAn all-round, outgoing high achieverPackage on offerGreat starting salaryBonuses based on performanceFully maintained company car or car allowance and fuel cardPhone, laptop, internet etc.Full training providedOpportunity to build a long-term careerApplicants must have permanent residency in AustraliaNext StepsIf you are interested in this great opportunity please submit your CV via SEEK.
