Overview
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, you will lead the technical development and management of Acacium Group's Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF) CRM platforms throughout their product lifecycles.
This will include management of the core platform(s) and any integrations with our proprietary software and day-to-day relationships with vendor partners.
Core to your role will be working with internal customer stakeholders and other departments within the Technology & Transformation team to ensure that the platform(s) you manage have prioritised business requirements & clear technical roadmaps in place.
Supporting the definition of Agile best practices within the Global Technology Office and implementing these to manage your workflow, you will ensure that technical delivery schedules are in place for execution by you, other team members, and our vendor partners.
You will have the necessary knowledge & understanding to ensure that all core application management activities use ITSM best practice where applicable e.g.
change & release management, problem management, configuration documentation, knowledge management, disaster recovery processes, transition of support activities.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the operational service owner for our BH4SF platform(s) working closely with key stakeholders across the Group to ensure operational performance against agreed SLA and KPIs, monitoring performance against agreed metrics.
Support the delivery of technical roadmaps & plans for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of BH4SF through improved stability, capacity management, quality and cost effectiveness.
Use best practices and the ITIL framework to drive continual process improvement culture within your platform(s) including automation and 'shift left' to the Application Support Team & Service Desk.
Implement Agile including SCRUM for management of delivery schedules.
Implement agreed mechanisms for monitoring & reporting on cadence.
Share your knowledge with colleagues on best practices.
Work with the Regional Head of Information Security Services and our vendor(s) to ensure that the platform(s) you manage are continually secured in line with Group standards and any global legislative compliance e.g.
GDPR, PCI, Cyber Security etc.
Experience and/or Qualifications
Experience with developing, implementing and managing Salesforce products/platforms.
Experience of working with and preferably implementing Agile methodologies to manage delivery either for software product development or SaaS configuration.
Demonstrated experience of Product Ownership/Management.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical roadmaps & simplify the technical for improved communication.
In-depth understanding of Atlassian or comparable products – specifically JIRA & Confluence.
Demonstrated understanding & usage of core ITSM processes.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with managing Salesforce & BH4SF products/platforms.
Understanding of Project Management / Software Delivery methodologies.
Experience of process improvement methodologies e.g.
Lean/Six Sigma.
