Diversional Therapist - Mackay Aged CareAs a Diversional Therapist, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.
Your tasks will include:
Plan and implement leisure activity programs for individuals to assist in their social development and promote their sense of wellbeing.Identify individual needs through task analysis.Evaluate and assess clients' levels of abilities, interests, needs, strengths, and weaknesses, and their ability to carry out a range of tasks and interact with others.Assist with training and supervising volunteers and staff.Your Attributes We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our aged care team to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
