Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee a team of leaders, drive integrated practice, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery that align with Kids First's values and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and supervision to leaders and teams delivering services to children, youth, and families across Victoria.Drive operational excellence by managing programs to achieve performance targets, practice standards, and budget objectives.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-informed practice.Represent Kids First in key stakeholder engagements and advocate for the program.Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and legislative requirements while embedding child safety practices.Support professional development, mentoring, and recruitment of staff.About YouYou are a compassionate, experienced leader with a deep understanding of child, youth, and family services.
