Now with 5 offices across the globe and regulation in multiple locations, we provide clients all over the world with the ability to trade on a broad range of markets across FX, Indices, Commodities, Shares, and Crypto Currency.Quickly becoming a leader in its field, Eightcap has gone from strength to strength and is experiencing rapid growth. Because of this, we are looking to fill multiple positions across a number of key departments within the business.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementTrading Platform and Bridge AdministrationManaging Business Relationships, predominantly with internal stakeholdersRisk and Liquidity ManagementAnalysis of trading executionWorking in partnership with other departments to ensure company-wide implementation of new initiativesLiaising with overseas staff to ensure global coverage of all operationsData analysis and reportingProp Trading White Label onboarding activitiesTrading group set upLiaise with internal stakeholders including design, technology, and product teamEnd-to-end prop testing to ensure product has been configured prior to launchCompletion of all activities on the prop onboarding checklistTroubleshooting as neededWho are you?Bachelor Degree or equivalent2+ Years professional working experienceStrong problem solving and attention to detailAbility to work under pressureSelf-motivated / ProactivePermanent work rights in AustraliaGreat communication skillsFinancial Services Industry ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft SuiteFluency in multiple languages is a plusStrong numerical and analytical skillsAdaptable to changing environmentsAbility to understand derivativesProcess documentation and workflow experienceAble to write user manualsBuilding capability from PM point of viewWhy Eightcap?Ongoing investment in your career developmentWellness and lifestyle perks like monthly corporate massagesParental leaveStaff referral bonus programEmployee-purchased leavePerkbox reward and recognitionStudy assistanceDogs in the officeAnnual flu vaccinationsComplimentary fruit and snacksMulticultural environmentA dynamic and collaborative team cultureGreat CBD location with easy access to public transportRegular social activitiesAre you interested in this opportunity but don't meet every requirement?
