As the Patient Programs Manager, you will manage and optimize post-registration Access Programs ensuring they align with regulatory standards and quality expectations. You will be the key liaison between commercial, marketing, and medical teams, focusing on program closures, compliance, vendor management, and data integrity. Your role will significantly impact program efficiency and patient experience, supporting high-value product launches and operational governance.DutiesOversee program operations and ensure compliance with company standardsManage vendor relationships and streamline program deliveryCreate and monitor content and materials for Access ProgramsAnalyze program data for pricing and performance alignmentCompassionate Access, Product Familiarization, and Alternative Access ProgramsSkills and ExperienceTertiary degree in Healthcare or related science degreeBackground in medical operations with an interest in commercial rolesProficient in data analysis, reporting, and vendor managementStrong organizational skills and project management experienceAbility to work independently and influence cross-functional teamsCulture Join a team that values authenticity, open communication, and a supportive work environment where autonomy and accountability are encouraged.
