Job Description: In February 2024, we formed the first in-house St Vincent's Health Australia Talent team.
Together, we are delivering end to end, value-add internal Talent Acquisition services to our St Vincent's clients and candidates alike across the organisation.
As part of our plans to transition the services we will provide our VIC Public and Private Hospital portfolio, we are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Transformation Lead, who will lead our dedicated local Talent team and our hiring managers through this exciting change of services - from Recruitment support to end to end Talent Acquisition.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be a natural born leader who holds proven skills in implementing new end-to-end Talent Acquisition / Recruitment support and/or a project recruitment background.
You will guide your team to not only deliver the best possible recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike, but you will also help deliver on our promise to transform the way in which SVHA attracts and retains talent.
The successful candidate will view leadership as a privilege, someone who believes in our values and cares about the team in which you are responsible for and the way in which our support helps our hiring managers.
A full time, fixed term opportunity is available from early 2025 for an 18-month period, with review.

Proven experience as a TA leader well versed in transforming the way in which an organisation recruits.
You have held a similar role/s, ideally driving change and/or delivering transformation, projects, mobilisations, acquisitions or mergers within the TA/resource remit.
A highly skilled recruiter with experience across the employee life cycle, systems and tools used to manage TA processes – you will need to be hands-on and will be involved in recruitment to best support your team as necessary.
Curious about the collaboration of the work, constant improvement and an understanding of how data can drive decision-making.
Pipelining resource needs and ensuring the right levels of appropriate new talent is recruited to meet SVHA's future requirements.
Able to establish credibility quickly, action-oriented, organised, proactive and a good negotiator with a healthy level of confidence to drive process outcomes.
Capable of navigating ambiguity, showing persistence, adaptability and resourcefulness in the face of obstacles.
A healthy confidence to engage with and support all levels of our organisation.
