About the role
Working within the Finance team, you will be looked upon as a leader, and responsible for reporting the quarterly results to investors. This is a very technical role across financial reporting, tax and compliance.
Benefits Fantastic team cultureAttractive Remuneration PackageWFH FlexibilityDuties/Key responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management, board of directors, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of fund performance and compliance with relevant regulations.Review Tax calculations for the various funds.Partner with other departments across the organization to provide financial insights and assist with the group consolidation.Prepare and deliver board reports & other tasks for exec team.Skills and experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Group Reporting and Real Estate experience looked upon favourably.Big 4 Real Estate experience looked upon favourably.CA or CPA Qualified.If you're interested in this opportunity and feel you're the right fit please click "apply" or contact Rick Jacobson at ******.
