Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Asset Performance Officer . This position is located in their busy Campbelltown office for an initial contract until 24/12/2024. About the Position
This position is considered essential to the functioning of Southern Region in developing appropriate maintenance programs of works on allocated properties; and development and implementation of regional asset projects. It is responsible for a range of functions that include the delivery of the maintenance service programs such as Vacants, Modification and Complaint management, and to provide efficient and effective professional services.
Duties Deliver timely, accurate and effective scoping of works Develop, implement and manage a planned maintenance program Ensure compliance Conduct timely, accurate inspections Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors Identify and resolve compliance issues Report emerging issues to management Provide recommendations to improve asset program delivery Requirements/Skills Sound building experience or exposure, together with experience in contract administration including preparing quotations or estimates. Knowledge of contract requirements, standards and policies Current working knowledge of the Australian Building Codes. Intermediate MS Word and Excel with MS Project skills. Desirable – experience in compliance inspections of building essential services.
