Job DescriptionOur Mentors and ECTs are provided regular opportunities to collaborate with our National Learning Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) – Dr. Karen Grubb, through face-to-face and online mentoring; access to weekly articles and examples of practice shared by the services on the Storypark platform; networking with other ECTs across our organisation; and participation in practical professional development opportunities that extend their pedagogical and educational understandings.
We are seeking ECTs who recognise they are lifelong learners, share practice that aspires to be current, responsive, and transformative, and view themselves as research partners when supporting and mentoring others in our education team.

As you enter our beautiful centre, you'll find our state-of-the-art Chef's kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.
Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials.
Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.
Our Early Childhood Teachers will deliver our Pre-Kindy and Kindy program, which is designed to support our children in developing the skills and abilities essential to achieving success in future learning environments.
