This service is aimed at providing case management support and treatment for consumers with a severe/persistent mental illness aged 25 to 65 years.We are seeking a new team manager to join our team in Cranbourne on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
This position is open to Registered nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers.A Day in the Life:In this leadership role, you will work with adult consumers with varying degrees of psychiatric or mental illness and/or drug and alcohol dependency problems.
