Our goal is to be their first choice in every way.We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Mackay, QLD.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of Epiroc equipment and resources at the customer site, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding serviceOversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service deliveryManage service job costs, including labor and resource allocationMonitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are metPrepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAdhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for Epiroc and our customersComplete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performancePerform other administrative duties as requiredKey Requirements:Proven leadership and people management skillsExtensive experience in maintaining surface/underground mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low-voltage electrical repairsExperience in both preventative and breakdown maintenanceStrong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approachHigh level of computer literacy and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationLocation:Mackay, QLDWhat We Offer:If successful, you'll be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package that includes:A company-supplied vehicleSalary continuance insuranceNovated leasing optionsPaid parental leaveEducation assistance to support your professional growthAn Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyAs part of Epiroc, a values-driven company, you will have access to exciting opportunities for career development and be supported in achieving your professional goals.The Mining and Rock Excavation business area is the heart of Epiroc's future.
