What you'd be doing in this role We're looking for a skilled Freelance Motion Designer to join the Platform Partnerships team. They will be working closely alongside our in-house creatives to help produce campaigns for our app store marketing channels and create moving user stories and visuals.
If you're up for the challenge, you'll experience all aspects of paid and/or organic advertising from ideation to production.
At the moment, this role is focused on: Designing and refreshing motion ad creatives for our app store campaigns and editorials.Designing evergreen & seasonal campaign motion assets, working closely with other Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, and Production Team in producing elements for our video ad creatives.Communicating the value proposition via layout, typography, and color theory.Supporting scale for global campaigns through creative cascading for various placements and ratios.You're probably a match if: You have 4-6+ years of experience as a graphic and motion designer, creating a diverse range of branding and advertising campaigns.You've got a good grasp of brand thinking, can easily understand the Canva visual language and tone of the brand.You have strong visual communication skills, layout experience from typography and color theory which you can use effectively in producing engaging ad creatives.You have a strong portfolio and/or reel demonstrating your passion for graphic design, branding, and advertising.You have a working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Basic Adobe Premiere and After Effects are a bonusYour skills are adaptable to manage delivery of outputs and work on multiple revisions depending on the campaign needs, even when you're creating high-volume graphic design requirements with tight deadlines.You have great communication skills to collaborate with remote creative teams and are able to sell ideas in creative brainstorms.About the team: As a Freelance Motion Designer, you'll join our Platform Partnerships team working closely alongside our in-house creatives to help produce campaigns for our app store marketing channels and create moving user stories and visuals.
