Senior Transfusion Scientist - HaematologyAn exciting opportunity awaits a Senior Scientist with experience in Haematology and Transfusion to join a progressive team performing complex investigations in the areas of Haematology, Transfusion, Haemostasis, Immunophenotyping, and Bone Marrow Transplant in Canberra.
As a Senior Transfusion Scientist, you will oversee day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Transfusion Supervising Scientist.
Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, troubleshooting instruments, monitoring KPIs, investigating complex transfusion cases, and ensuring quality control.
You will also maintain manuals and training programs for the Transfusion departments.
