RediMed is seeking an experienced Customer Project Lead to join our team at this exciting time of growth and digital evolution. We're looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in the injury management industry who can bring invaluable insight, business acumen, and a transformational mindset to help shape the future of our services.
As we advance, we're focusing on expanding our digital capabilities and service innovation across key areas: telehealth, early intervention, injury prevention, pre-employment medicals, and enhancing the customer experience. You'll play a pivotal role in these transformation efforts, supporting the development of these service lines through innovative approaches that set us apart.
About the Role Duties of this role will include:
Leading business service lines and projectsMonitoring and reporting on project progressProviding expert advice and insightsFostering stakeholder collaborationCoaching staff and expanding capability across the organisationAbout You We are seeking someone with:
An Allied Health background5+ years of experience in the workplace rehabilitation industryProven experience in managing customer services or accounts, with a track record of maintaining strong client relationshipsStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsWhy REDiMED?
