Reporting to our Service Manager, this role will involve completing a variety of breakdown and maintenance works at residential and commercial premises.
We are looking for a field leader for our team of technicians - capable of doing technically challenging jobs and providing mentorship for junior technicians.
Continuing growth and expansion plans create both stable employment and career opportunities for suitable and ambitious applicants.
Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and will include salary, profit share, and vehicle.
Our service area takes us from Logan to Caboolture - with the majority of our work being in Brisbane.
Key Duties/Responsibilities Breakdown attendance and repairs for DX split, package, VRF, refrigeration, smaller chillers, and mechanical extraction equipmentPreventative maintenance across government, commercial, and domestic sitesMentor and develop junior staffKey Selection Criteria 7+ years experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration particularly in breakdown diagnosis and repairsCert III in Air-ConditioningRestricted electrical licenceExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to use electronic job management systemAbility to build effective relationshipsPositive and proactive attitudeAbility to work to timelines and manage multiple & competing prioritiesStrong attention to detailCurrent and valid motor vehicle licenceAttractive base salary commensurate with experienceCar allowance / maintained company vehicleProfit share #J-18808-Ljbffr
