Team Leader Recovery & Partnership (Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker) An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Leader Recovery & Partnership - Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to manage the operational delivery of inclusive services within Mental Health and Specialised Services including specialist program positions, Community Subacute Transition and Recovery Services (CSTARS) and the MHSS inpatient allied health.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include: Provide efficient and responsive mental health care, utilising advanced knowledge and skills in clinical practice, including evidence-based assessment and interventions, case management, consistent with professional and ethical standards and National Mental Health standards.Lead the integration of key objectives from the Strategic / Operational plans into service delivery for the assigned work unit.Integrate the principles of contemporary human, material, and financial resource management into service delivery, in line with delegation.Remuneration: Value up to $172,615 p.a., comprising salary between $144,991 - $151,289 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5).
