The Plumber Trade can be based in the following regions: Gold CoastBrisbaneSunshine CoastAbout the Contract Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.
Ventia will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations, and 26 referable dams.

**Candidates must be willing to undergo a medical and police check as part of the recruitment process** Key Responsibilities Perform and deliver allocated plumbing work orders from the maintenance plan.Service, repair, and inspect plumbing works across water treatment plants, reservoirs, and water mains.Perform administrative tasks and document work progression in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Travel and commute to relevant assets across the network, including attendance of Pre-start meetings.Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, policy, and procedures.Reporting activities relating to works planned, completed, risks, and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.About you Experience in Mechanical Trade across large maintenance programs and networks.Experience servicing technical mechanical assets, actuators, gearboxes, and pumps.Current C Class Driver Licence.Trade certificate in Plumbing.Current and registered QLD Plumbing licence.Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - HLTAID001 (1 year validity).Provide First Aid - HLTAID003 (3-year validity).Gas test Atmosphere- MSMWHS217 (3-year validity).Confined Space Entry - RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205, MSMPER200 (3-year validity).Working at Heights - RIIWHS204E (2-year validity).Diversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents, and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
