Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Australian Christian College (ACC) is a protestant non-denominational, Christian Education organisation, whose mission is to develop each and every student to be equipped spiritually, academically, socially and physically to flourish into their full potential, and be a positive influence on the world around them.

ACC is part of Christian Education Ministries, with 14 schools in 5 states, and is also the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia.
About Hobart Our Hobart campus is a co-ed K-10 school with a reputation for academic progress, character development and student care.
This is supported by our approachable staff who are committed to helping students thrive.
While the school community is relatively small (100+), the learning culture is strong and we are seeing growth year on year.
About the role An opportunity exists to work in a committed Christian team as an office administration officer.
The part-time position is during school term times only.
This position is expected to start in February 2025.
Responsibilities: Assist our Administration Office ManagerFoster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with our students, parents, teachers and greater school communityMaintain a positive and efficient office working environment.Perform administration tasks via digital platformsLearn and adhere to established systems and proceduresRequirements Qualifications and Skills: A genuine person with a friendly personality.A current WWVP Accreditation.Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliability and punctuality.Benefits: Work with a dedicated Christian team.Be part of a faith community.Be the first point of contact for many of the College Community.Play an active part in growing the school and providing a quality service with Christian education.Your application will include the following questions:
