Working side by side with the world's leading experts in your field, you'll be surrounded by an open collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and most importantly, you.There's never been a more exciting time to join FTI Consulting and this is where you will do the most exciting and fulfilling work of your career.About The RoleThe Middle East Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice is looking to recruit a Consultant / Senior Consultant into its growing Valuations team.The role requires the candidate to be based out of United Arab Emirates offices (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) and cover the GCC market (including possible travel).As part of the Valuation team, your role will be to work closely with our experienced Senior Directors to provide independent valuations to our prestigious clients.
We provide valuation advice to support M&A transactions, restructurings, financial reporting, private equity and infrastructure portfolio valuations, purchase price allocations and intangible asset valuations.Consultants / Senior Consultants have a diverse range of responsibilities including analysing corporate, industry and market information; undertaking robust valuation analysis using the Income, Market and Net Assets Approach; preparing reports, pitches, thought leadership pieces and supporting on new business generation.
You will join a highly motivated valuation team, working collaboratively with other service lines within Corporate Finance and Restructuring department.
